Nevada State Treasurer, Zach Conine, Infrastructure Committee:
Zach Conine, Nevada's 23rd State Treasurer since 2018, emphasizes responsible financial management for state growth. Leading a team of 45+, he oversees investments, community asset financing, and unclaimed property management.
He also manages Nevada College Savings Plans and scholarship programs.
Serving on key committees, he chairs the Board of Trustees for the College Savings Plans of Nevada and the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank. During his tenure, Nevada earned two bond rating increases, achieved its highest investment returns since 2008, and returned a record amount of unclaimed property. Previously, Zach's successful career focused on fostering economic opportunities, aiding in the creation and preservation of over 3,000 jobs.
NDOT Deputy Director of Administration, Sondra Rosenberg:
Sondra Rosenberg is Nevada Department of Transportation’s Deputy Director of Administration, overseeing NDOT administration, planning, human resources, communications, internal audit, and external civil rights.
Sondra launched her NDOT career in 2008 as a transportation planner/analyst and, in 2014, was promoted to Assistant Director of Planning. Sondra has spent her career at NDOT focusing on strategic partnerships across sectors and jurisdictions through statewide and multistate transportation planning and data-driven, performance-based transportation decision-making.
Sondra is a certified Professional Transportation Planner and is active in the American Associationof State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
Nevada State Director of USDA Rural Development, Lucas Ingvoldstad:
Lucas Ingvoldstad, Director, is a native Nevadan hailing from Reno. He holds a Master of Science degree in Land Use Planning Policy (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2005) from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Recognized as the Young Alumni of the Year by the College of Science and Mackay School of Earth Sciences, Ingvoldstad boasts a background in public policy, public affairs, legislative relations, stakeholder engagement, and business development. He has been instrumental in organizing significant events like the Lake Tahoe Summits and the National Clean Energy Summits.
